Which products and in-office treatments and procedures are eligible for the program?

Purchases of most SkinCeuticals retail products from a SkinCeuticals Skincare Professional will allow consumers to earn Reward Points within the program. At this time, products purchased from www.skinceuticals.com or nonparticipating SkinCeuticals Skincare Professionals do not qualify for SkinCeuticals Rewards.

When performed by your preferred SkinCeuticals Skincare Professional, the following procedures and treatments are eligible for the program: chemical peels, facial lasers, injectables, body treatments, microdermabrasion, skin checks, facial and cyrocorrect treatment.

When can I start earning points?

You can start earning points towards your first Rewards Certificate immediately upon creating your account.

Where can I redeem my Rewards Certificate?

Can I use a Reward Certificate at a SkinCeuticals Skincare Professional other than the one I have associated with my account?

SkinCeuticals Rewards Certificates are redeemable only at the office of the SkinCeuticals Skincare Professional associated with your account, as indicated on your Rewards Certificate.

Is there a limit to how many Rewards Points I can earn in a year?

You can earn unlimited Rewards Points for purchases of SkinCeuticals products each calendar year. The number of points you can earn on multiple purchases of one product is limited to a year's supply: 6 for all retail products with the exception of a limit of 4 for Skin Systems and 1 for the Age-Defying Laser + Antioxidant System.

Rewards Points earned from purchases of qualifying in-office services are limited to 500 points per calendar year.

Rewards Points earned for social engagement are limited to 250 points per calendar year.

What if I don't receive my Rewards Certificate email?
